Yoga Teacher Training. It's for those who feel a pull to learn more. Those who feel a desire to understand the practice and themselves on the mat...and by those who want to create that space for others. It's for people exactly like you.
In just six months, this 200 hr RYT training will give you a comprehensive understanding of pranayama, meditation and how to live a yogic lifestyle; with a heavy emphasis on both the asana practice and art of teaching.
VIBE5 Teacher Training will equip you to teach power yoga classes that are based on intuitive sequencing, alignment and breath while encouraging freedom, strength and fun on the mat.
After graduating, you will walk away with the ability to sequence a yoga class from child’s pose to savasana and confidently deliver it to others while standing in your personal power and speaking from your authentic voice.

Many trainings emphasize reading and lecture. While we value and include these elements in our training, we also heavily emphasize both the asana practice and teaching aspect of the training. You’ll practice teach on the first weekend!
Our training takes place over nine weekends, but unlike other teacher trainings, in just 6 months you will have your RYT! Full participation is required for graduation but make-up work is available should you miss an afternoon, a day or an entire weekend for a planned absence or unforeseen emergency.
