Our fav anti-inflammatory smoothie

Looking for a yummy, vitamin packed anti-inflammatory smoothie that will make you 10 years younger? (we’re kidding about that last part, but hey…you’ll FEEL ten years younger)Try this one from our friends at The Whole Tulip.

Serves: 4 servings
1 banana (frozen is better)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 big handful of spinach
½ orange or 1 clementine
1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
1 tablespoon mama (optional)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Turns out a beautiful red color.
