Starting something new, including a yoga practice, can be intimidating. Our yoga classes provide an opportunity for you to become a yogi at your own pace. Our experienced yoga instructors help you learn correctly from the ground up, ensuring you stay healthy and injury free for years to come. This is your place to start.

These four classes provide you everything you need to jump start your yoga practice. Each one focuses on different sets of poses that you will find in almost every yoga class.

Classes are every Saturday at 1p, rotating through the series every four weeks.

The possibilities are endless.
This class focuses on the core transitional poses found in most classes, usually called "vinyasa". Down dog, high plank, Chataraunga, Up dog & more. In Transitional we break down & practice everything you need to know about them, step by step!
Standing poses can be hard, we know. But in Fundamentals Standing we teach you the keys to make them accessible! We bring you to your feet to work on things like warrior & chair poses to build strength from the ground up.
In Fundamentals Balance you will surprise yourself, we guarantee it. In this class you will sharpen & challenge your balancing skills. In poses like Tree, Half moon, Eagle & Dancer you will find stability & steadiness that you can take off the mat.
Fundamentals Grounding will cover a wide range of floor work while learning to stay active in the pose. We will bring focus to your low lunge, half splits, spinal twists & Pigeon. Expect to feel solid, calm, and much more connected after this class.
VIBE5 yoga classes are not intimidating.
You shouldn't have to spend your time looking around the room trying to figure out what you should be doing. In our yoga classes, we teach beginners yoga to learn the basics having learned proper form and techniques.
Don't get lost in the flow.
You do not have to be flexible to start. This is yoga for those that want to learn, those that want to grow their practice, those that want to push their own limits. Our instructors are here for you. Have questions? Just ask.
Do I need any prior experience?
No! Our VIBE5 classes are beginner friendly. Our instructors will work with you to teach you everything you need to know to feel confident in your yoga practice.
What if I can't do all the poses?
Don't worry, we don't expect you to. We encourage each yogi to move at their own pace. If there is something you can't do, we provide lots of options to modify.
What do I need to bring?
We recommed you bring a towel, some water and a mat. But don't worry if you don't have any of those things; we have Manduka mats to rent, complimentary towels and water for purchase.
What should I wear for yoga?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will allow you to move freely. Plan to practice without socks and shoes.
